At DecoreLabs, we aim to deliver high-quality interior design services and maintain transparency with our clients.

Consultation Booking

Consultation fees, if applicable, are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.

Project Cancellation

Clients may cancel their project request before the design process begins. Any advance payments made may be partially refundable depending on the stage of the project.

Design & Execution Phase

Once the design process or project execution has started, refunds may not be applicable as resources and materials are already allocated.

Refund Processing

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
